By submitting your membership application you are agreeing to the following terms.

DECLARATION:

I/We agree to abide by the Constitution and Rules of the Club.  The Constitution and Rules 2008 may be found on the club website or on application.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE:

By paying this subscription I/We agree to be bound by the Constitution and Rules 2008 of the NZRRBC for consideration of the right to membership in this club. I/We agree to release the Club, its Executive, its Committees, its event and activities organisers and any other involved parties.

INFORMATION RELEASE:

THE PRIVACY ACT 1993  Recognising the need for the NZRRBC to compile and maintain archival membership records, including vehicle records.  I hereby grant permission to such Club to use the information supplied on this form for these purposes.  I agree that, at the discretion of the Club’s National Executive, such information may be disseminated to club members for purposes of mutual interest, support and research, but require that it may not be released for commercial marketing or promotional purposes.  I understand that I shall have access to, and the right to correct such information, at any time.
