Tour Travel Packages
INFORMATION:

We suggest you read the information given here before completing the Tour Travel Packages form. There are many options for you to review and select and this process may take some time.
​

This Tour Travel Package Form should only be completed after you have submitted the Tour Registration Form.
​
All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. Any compulsory fields not completed when you submit the form will be shown highlighted in red and must be completed to allow the form to be submitted. you may need to scroll up the page to view any such highlighted fields.

Please enter the name of the person submitting the form. This should be the same as the name on the Tour Registration form.
​
The Tour Travel Package Form must be received by the 1st February 2023.
​

Travel Packages.
​
These are being managed by Mount Classic Tours Ltd. Payment is not required at this stage for any requested items.
​
You will receive a confirmation of your Travel Package requests once availability is confirmed. If this is acceptable to you an invoice will then be sent to you for payment.
​
Full payment for the Travel Package is required by the 1st March 2023.
​
Your payments will be banked to a separate company trust account for your security as agreed with the NZRRBC club executive. Account details will be shown on the invoice.
​
Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis, so please submit your request as soon as possible.
​
If the rooms requested are not available then you will be contacted to discuss alternatives, which may be at additional cost.
​
Rates for accommodation are on a 'room only' basis.
​
Most hotels will offer a full cooked breakfast or continental breakfast option. This should be ordered when you check in. Any breakfast charges are payable by you when checking out.
​
If you require more than one twin/double room please note this in the additional details field. If you specify there are more than 2 persons in your group but do not stipulate what room types you require we will allocate enough twin/double rooms to suit the number of persons.
​
There may be multiple occupancy or two bedroom units available. If these are preferred please advise us of your room requirements in the notes section for rooms.
​
When you select a meal option then we will assume that all members in your party will be having the meals. If this is not the case then specify in the notes section at the bottom of the form.
​
Children
Children 16 years and under can take part in the tour.
​
If there are children in your party aged 16 years or younger, then any reduced meal charges, if available will be shown on your invoice.
​
Children can take part in any of the Additional Activities and a child rate will be shown on your invoice if applicable.
​
Additional activities.
​
The club has arranged a number of activities along the tour route which participants can attend.
​
Some activities require minimum numbers to operate. Should this number not be met than you will be advised and any money already paid will be refunded.
​
Tour participants are responsible for making their own ferry bookings for the Cook Strait crossing. We suggest you contact the Southern Section chairman if you wish to co-ordinate travel.

Where an item has the comment 'payment on arrival' or 'own cost' then no charge will be made when calculating the Tour Package charges.
TOUR TRAVEL PACKAGE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Any bookings made indicate acceptance and understanding of all conditions relating to the 50th Anniversary Tour organised by the Committee of the New Zealand Rolls Royce & Bentley Club Incorporated.
​
Breakdown Support
There will not be any mechanical or breakdown support on the Tour. A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are recommended to be carried. We would also recommend AA Plus membership, including Roadside Assist.
​
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers take out appropriate travel insurance cover.
​

Items of a personal nature and any other items not outlined within the Registration Form are not included in the tour cost.

Prices
All costs outlined are in New Zealand Dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST at 15% at time of printing). We reserve the right to increase prices should there be a change to the GST tax rate or if there are further Government introduced taxes.

Cancelation by you
No refunds will be available for accommodation, meals or additional activities after the cancellation cut-off date of the 1st March 2022.
​
No refunds will available for any unused services, unless the supplier of the service offers a refund. In such instances, final decisions will be made at the discretion of the suppliers whose services are involved.
​
We reserve the right to pass on any charges levied by any supplier where a cancellation penalty is being applied to us by the supplier due to any cancellation prior to the 1st March 2022.
​
Cancelation by us
Pandemic events, government travel restrictions and weather interruptions to itineraries and activities are beyond our control and may lead to cancellation by us.
​
If we are forced to cancel or amend any item we will do everything possible to rearrange services but we cannot be held financially responsible for any interruption however caused.
​
In the event the tour can not proceed due to these issues then we will endevour to return as much of your money paid as possible according to the booking terms and conditions of the suppliers.
​
We strongly recommend you to arrange travel insurance cover for such eventualities.
​
Accommodation charges are based on a per room rate, you must therefore specify if you require alternative room options to cater for additional people or children.
​
Accommodation
Accommodation is on a room only basis in twin or double rooms with private facilities, unless otherwise indicated. Accommodation is based on “Run of House” rooms, unless specifically mentioned and the hotel management will make the final room assignments. Where a price is given as a "from" value, this means there may be a range of rooms available at different prices, such as a studio or a one-bedroom unit. Rooms will be allocated on a first come basis. Mount Classic Tours Ltd as the appointed tour operator will liaise with the hotels to allocate the rooms as requested. If for any reason the featured hotel is unavailable, Mount Classic Tours reserves the right to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade.

Responsibility
The tour, accommodation, and or other services in this registration form and associated brochures, are operated on behalf of the New Zealand Rolls Royce & Bentley Club Incorporated, but the Club is not itself a carrier nor hotelier.
The Tour Travel Packages are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by those transportation companies, hotel contractors and other service providers who may provide you with services and facilities at the request of Mount Classic Tours.
Mount Classic Tours shall not in any circumstances be held liable for and will not accept responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, defaults or failures on the part of the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other service providers which are used.
Mount Classic Tours acts only as your agent to introduce you to service providers. We do not accept any legal liability for damage including death, injury, delay, loss of any nature, additional expenses or inconvenience howsoever caused to property or the passenger for himself and his executors, administers and dependents expressly renounces all claim against Mount Classic Tours in respect thereof, whether the same may be due to negligence, misconduct, act of omission, default or failure on the part of Mount Classic Tours or not.

Agreement/Disclaimer:
I/We agree to be bound by all rules, regulations, and directions of the Tour Organiser, hotels and venue operators, in consideration of the right to enter the Tour. I/We agree to release the Tour Organiser, hotel and venue operators and other involved parties from all liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever arising from travel to, from or during this tour, or from participation in events associated with the tour.
